Heya, I'm Kerri Twigg, a mindfulness teacher for successful professionals who want to flourish at work.


I have coached thousands to learn how to flourish at work using mindfulness and stories training.

It all starts with SET ONE. 

I'm nerdy about three things:

  1. Career Development: how to design a great career and show your true awesome in your work (whether corporate or artistic).
  2. Storytelling: how to embrace, craft, and share powerful narratives to grow your career and vision.
  3. Mindfulness: how to use modernized yet ancient techniques to feel happier and easily express yourself.

In SET ONE, I bring these three topics together to support your development -- so you improve how you feel and express yourself and your vision. It combines the core techniques from Shinzen Young's well-studied Unified Mindfulness System with parts of the Career Stories Method. 

SET ONE is a prerequisite for all the other True Awesome and mindful storytelling programs I offer.

All of this allows you to operate from a different view. Once you know the core practices taught in SET ONE, you have all the skills to start showing your true awesome with less resistance.

How SET ONE works:

You will learn and practice five mindfulness techniques over five weeks. The techniques are to be practiced 3-7 times a week. They are 10-minute practices that teach you how to:

  • Disentangle from stressful thoughts, emotions, and physical sensations that might be holding you back from showing up as your best self at work
  • Relax the body in the midst of sharing your work 
  • Deepen positive states such as joy and appreciation to better notice and savour pleasant experiences
  • Apply mindfulness techniques to challenging situations – whether it’s a work presentation or a circling mind
  • Access story details clearer than before
  • Choose from a range of specific techniques to apply to any work situation

What SET ONE includes:

You will be introduced to five mindfulness techniques over five weeks. 

  • Every Monday, you get written and audio instructions on the week's technique to try independently.  
  • You can attend live technique classes on select Tuesdays at 6:30 PM CST, where you can talk with me about the technique and your experience. 
  • Light virtual private advice, you are invited to send me practice reports, and I will share insights and advice to further your development. 
  • You will learn how to improve your concentration, sensory clarity, and equanimity systematically.

About me, Kerri Twigg


Since my best-selling book, The Career Stories Method, I have dedicated myself to learning mindfulness to help clients become and express their true awesome.  I am a certified Lead Unified Mindfulness Teacher.

After working in the career development field for a decade, combined with 15 years as a drama educator, I saw that it is not a lack of clarity or talent that hold people from flourishing at work-- it's a limited inner story, unexamined habitual reactions, and low mindfulness skills.

This is what I train you to develop in Set One.
