And while looking at job ads can be fun for some people, it can be overwhelming for others.

Let me shine a light on how to navigate your career transition. I'll give structure and directions on what to do now so you can move from thinking about it to having career clarity.

The hardest part of the job search is questioning what to do next. You question every word, conversation, move, and idea and it feels heavy.

I know this because I was there too. Before I figured out how to embrace my strengths and tell my story, I questioned everything.

Build a strong foundation for your search

So, you're ready to get a J-O-B? The first question is probably... where do I start.

The most important work (the stuff that will be a firm foundation for your search, including resume, interviews, networking, etc) comes before the resume. It comes by spending time figuring out what you'll offer to a potential employer and what would be a great job for you.

When you know this, your job search is easier.

Resume writing is easier.

And you're taking action on your career. Not just saying you want a change

You are overwhelmed because there is a plethora of information out there, but no map.

It comes with four modules over four weeks. Each week's content builds on the previous week.
