This program is inspired by the Immersive Theatre movement, a theatre-style that encourages interaction in unconventional performance spaces.

This program is for you if you're looking for a less conventional job search program, one that uses stories, mindfulness training, and encourages interaction with your ideal company.

The Immersive program invites you to bring all your unique career experiences and challenges together to form a new career brand. We work together to determine which stories are significant and what needs to change to land ideal work.

And then we put that plan into place.

Over a series of interactions, we will determine your career brand, update your marketing materials and build a customized search strategy for you.

01. Career Stories Analysis

Imagine this:

You spend a few days writing out your career stories (don't worry, I send you prompts to make it easy)
We get together on a call where you share the stories
I help you to see what is awesome about you and salvageable for your next move
You leave feeling seen, heard, and with hope about your next career move.

02. Mindfulness Tools

The biggest influence on your career success is the story you tell yourself.

There are key parts in mindfulness work (like impermanence, balance, concentration, clarity, non-attachment, positivity training, and masterful expression) that support career contentment.

Based on your career goals, I'll give you customized mindfulness meditation techniques for your daily use that help create a foundation you can trust.

These techniques help you to build an adaptable nervous system that supports you as you go for your career dreams (with the least amount of resistance and suffering).

03. Create & Strategize

Once we know what your story is we step into getting clear about what your next job/opportunity should be, and what story you'll tell to land it.

This looks different for everyone.

Some people already know.
Others want to explore and gain insight on what they could do next

We talk about how to choose a target career path.

Once you know, we start making a list of words to use in your stories, people to connect with, what stories to share on your resume, and how to show up intentionally on LinkedIn.

We work together building all your marketing material This program includes a resume written by Chelsey (the best in the biz) and a draft LinkedIn profile written by me. You'll learn how to write your own content to further the story.

04. Rehearse & Refine

Once your stories are on paper and social media, we'll work on your spoken storytelling skills.

This may be for:

a job interview
networking events
a talk you're giving
a video series you're creating for your business

I'll show you how to make your stories stronger while leaving a memorable impression with everyone who meets you.

I've taught drama for 20 years and can help you communicate authentically in person, without losing your personality.

05. Activate

You'll be living the new version of your career story. You'll be confidently applying for ideal roles, going to interviews, and networking confidently using your stories.

And if questions come up in your job search, simply email me during office hours and I'll give you my best advice.
