About nine years ago, I emerged into the career development space with an energy that couldn't be ignored. I quickly gained attention, sold out programs, built a six-month-long client waiting list, and was named a LinkedIn Top Voice. I had a post get 8.1 million views, and Arianna Huffington personally invited me to write for Thrive Global.
I wrote a best-selling book and did a TEDx talk that is used globally in universities and businesses to teach people how to find and share their awesome.
All good on paper.
But I started to freeze up and get exhausted from all the attention and work.
That wasn't the dream.
It was so much that I felt called to leave my business and get a job-job to feel some security.
That wasn't the answer either.
In early 2026, I returned to my foundational career roots to become a certified Michael Chekhov teacher, with the ambition of bringing the best psychophysical exercises into career development work.
What I didn't expect was that this work would change how I was showing up. And so quickly. Almost immediately.
Within weeks of starting, I began to feel that same magic and energy I had a decade ago.
Once again, interest in my work is high. The opportunities are abundant. I sold out a program just by making a handful of LinkedIn posts, making $25,000 in a week.
And so, to celebrate this abundance and shift, I am sharing this first step in finding the main centre of your career character. It was this simple action that everything I've gotten in the last month has stemmed from.
