A live mindfulness and writing workshop to nurture the artist you are.

All prices in USD.

Sometimes all we need is a reminder that we’re artists.

It's nearing the end of the year and whether you wrote something this year, or you didn't, there is value in taking the time to nurture the artist you are.

Allow yourself the space to revel in that identity for a while and let it infuse other areas of your life.

This workshop will give you a range of practices—from mindfulness, drama, and writing—that allow you to be the artist you are. It’s not a bunch of to-dos or a quest to accomplish something, but an opportunity to enjoy the practice of creating.

Led by two artists who are known for helping others nurture and share stories.
