Week Two: Expansion and Contraction

This week, we move from flow- noticing movement- to noticing the nuance of the flow in how it expands, contracts, and remains the same.

The formal practice is expansion-contraction.

In addition, I have shared two optional exercises to help you develop self-trust and integrate expansion and contraction into your work life.

Week Three: Being Present

You've explored flow, expansion, and contraction, which help you become aware of tuning into external and internal wisdom and the changing nature of life. This week you move from doing transcendent practices to noticing where your attention is in a moment.

A practice like this helps you trust where your attention is, catches it quickly when it's off-course, but also allows you to be artful about using your presence.
