A one-month intensive to move your presence beyond confidence and charisma.
Radiate to get more opportunities this month than all of last year.
You know your career brand.
You edited your resume and LinkedIn with that story in mind.
You have a great introduction memorized.
You know your "why."
And yet, you're getting skipped over for interesting roles and promotions. You might have become so small and safe in your current position that you second-guess the confidence you've always had.
All while interesting opportunities are given to people with half your experience and low expertise.
While you may think you need to tweak your message, that’s busy work.
It’s time to work with how you express your story.
It’s time to radiate.
You already say all the right keywords in your messaging.
You are speaking the industry language.
You’re a master of business acumen.
You can have the best-looking LinkedIn profile.
But your body and presence are telling a different story.
And the cost is career opportunies.
Presence is not about confidence or intelligence.
It’s not about rehearsed poses either.
It’s about aligning the internal story with the external expression.
If you don’t work with psycho-physical techniques, you’re likely over-doing the intellectual career character work. And the intellect doesn’t move people to trust, hire, or want to collaborate with you.
The work isn’t about getting clearer about the story in your head. The work is to find that deeper story within and allow it to move you, so that you radiate your power, expertise, and impact.
or you can get your body on board with your story.
