Learn and integrate five of the most impactful mindfulness practices into your work.

How Set One works:

You will be introduced to five mindfulness techniques over five weeks to teach you how to:

  • Disentangle from stressful thoughts, emotions, and physical sensations that might be holding you back from showing up as your best self at work
  • Relax the body in the midst of sharing your work 
  • Deepen positive states such as joy and appreciation to better notice and savour pleasant experiences
  • Apply mindfulness techniques to challenging situations – whether it’s a work presentation or a circling mind
  • Access story details clearer than before
  • Choose from a range of specific techniques to apply to any work situation

What SET ONE includes:

You will be introduced to five mindfulness techniques over five weeks. 

  • Every Monday you get written and audio instructions on the technique of the week to try on your own.  
  • You can attend a host a live class every Tuesday at 6:30 PM CST, where you can talk with me about the technique and your experience. We can tweak any of the techniques to better suit your career goals.
  • You will learn how to systematically improve the quality of your base mindfulness skills to grow your career. The base skills are concentration, sensory clarity, and equanimity.

About me, Kerri Twigg


Since my best-selling book, The Career Stories Method, was released,I have been studying how to combine science-based mindfulness training with career development. I am now a certified Lead Unified Mindfulness Coach.

After working in the career development field for a decade, combined with 15 years as a drama educator I saw that it is not a lack of clarity or talent that hold people from flourishing at work-- it's a limited inner story, unexamined habitual reactions, and low mindfulness skills.

This is what I train you to develop in Set One. 
 

Live support calls

There are live calls every Tuesday to discuss your practice. They're at 6:30 CST on these dates:

If you cannot make it to a live call, you can send a short practice report to me to get advice and encouragement.
